Disposable hypodermic needles for injection, aspiration, and draw applications across clinical practice. The 18G through 21G range handles thicker fluids, viscous medications, and venipuncture; 22G to 23G is the workhorse range for most intramuscular and subcutaneous injection; 25G through 27G suit insulin, intradermal, and pediatric applications. Standard color-coded hubs let staff identify gauge at a glance.
Each case ships 10 boxes of 100 needles for 1,000 needles total. Use the dropdowns above to select the gauge and length combination you need.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $300.
Geographic Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the U.S. only. For international shipping, please contact our customer service who can coordinate a port pick up.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving the returned item and inspected by our team. The refund will be issued to your account for future purchases.
