Transport tubes with a flat base let staff load the tube on the bench during sample prep without needing a rack, which speeds workflow in collection rooms and point-of-care testing settings. The screw cap holds up to courier transport and pneumatic tube delivery without leaks.

The 5 mL handles smaller specimen volumes; 10 mL fits routine clinical samples. Select your volume above.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $300.

Geographic Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the U.S. only. For international shipping, please contact our customer service who can coordinate a port pick up. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving the returned item and inspected by our team. 
The refund will be issued to your account for future purchases.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items
    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
