Universal containers are the standard 30 mL container format used widely for urine, sputum, and small-volume specimens in clinical labs. PS offers better optical clarity for visual inspection of the sample; PP tolerates a wider range of fixatives and preservatives.
Select your material based on downstream use: PS for routine clinical collection and visual workflows, PP for samples going into chemistry or fixation-based assays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $300.
Geographic Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the U.S. only. For international shipping, please contact our customer service who can coordinate a port pick up.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving the returned item and inspected by our team. The refund will be issued to your account for future purchases.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
