Pre-filled saline flush syringes for routine IV line maintenance: flushing peripheral and central lines before and after medication administration, maintaining patency between uses, and clearing blood return after sample draw. The pre-filled format eliminates the steps of drawing saline from a vial, reducing both prep time and contamination risk.
The 5 mL volume is the standard for peripheral IV flush; 10 mL is used for central line flush and where a larger volume is needed for verification. Each case ships 16 packs of 30 for 480 syringes.
